What is Chimmelier known for?
Double-fried Korean fried chicken in nine flavors, from OG and Honey Butter to Galbi, Yang'Yum' and Buldak. Get it as wings, drum & thigh, jumbo tenders or a K-Chicken burger like the Chimmy Deluxe. Pickled radish comes with everything.
What meals do you serve?
Lunch, dinner and late-night: both shops are open every day from 11am to 11pm. Besides chicken there are pocha classics like tteokbokki, kimchi fried rice, tteok fries and rice bowls, and every meal set comes with a side and a soda.
Do you offer delivery or takeout?
Yes. Order pickup or delivery online from Koreatown or Vine St. Dine-in is walk-in at both shops.
Where are your locations?
Two shops in Los Angeles: Chimmelier Koreatown at 2500 W 8th St, the original, and Chimmelier Vine St at 1253 Vine St, Ste 6A in Hollywood.
Do you cater?
Yes: trays, individual boxes, or our pop-up cart on site. Give us at least 48 hours' notice (a week for anything over 50 people) and we'll send a menu and a quote within two business days. Start a catering request.
