Nine flavors, explained

From no heat to fire bird. What each one is, and who it's for.

No heat

OG — the original. Naked double-fried crust, seasoned. For people who think sauce is a cover-up.

Honey Butter — sweet and buttery, the Korean convenience-store chip flavor turned into a glaze. Kids and dessert people.

Sweet & Sour — tangy glaze, bright and sticky. The one that disappears first at parties.

Galbi — soy garlic, like the marinade on Korean short ribs. Savory, not sweet. Pairs with beer better than anything.

Some heat

Yang'Yum' — sweet gochujang. The classic Korean fried chicken sauce: sweet first, then a slow chili warmth. If you've had Korean fried chicken once, it was probably this.

OMG — our signature dry rub. No sauce, all seasoning; smoky and a little hot. Dry rub means the crust stays loud.

Real heat

OMFG — the same dry rub, hotter. Named accurately.

Hot Yang'Yum' — sweet gochujang with the heat turned up. Still sweet, no longer polite.

Buldak — fire bird. Buldak means fire chicken, and it is the hottest thing on the menu. Order a Honey Butter Chip on the side; you'll want it.

How to pick

One flavor per set of wings (10), drum & thigh (4) or tenders (3), so order two sets and get two flavors. Safe combo: Galbi + Yang'Yum'. Brave combo: OMG + Buldak. Every meal comes with pickled radish, which is not optional and not decoration.
